Orders and Shipping:
'Ready to ship' work will be mailed in 5-7 business days.

'Made to order' will take approximately 5 weeks unless the item is in stock. Please don't hesitate to reach out and I will give you a better idea of the timing.

Returns and exchanges are accepted. You will be responsible for the shipping cost and proper packaging. I am happy to consult on the best way to mail ceramics
All seconds / discounted pieces are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If a piece is damaged in transport please email me within 7 days of receiving your order. I insure all of my packages.
Care
Hand washing is always preferred for handmade items.
However, my pieces are dishwasher safe UNLESS they have color decals on them (the floral pieces) or they are from the dark clay pattern ware line

Microwaving is fine unless there are gold decals present, then it might spark a little.
